New birdmouth paddle

Here's a couple pics of a new birdmouth paddle I'm in the process of finishing. It took some effort to glue this blade together but it looks pretty good...

Several times in the past when I’ve been paddling that I wished I had a pair of binoculars handy to look at a bird (or whatever). By the time I got them out, the bird was usually gone. Having a monocular already in your hand might be convenient…

Here's a few birdmouth paddles Patrick and I have built lately in various stages of completion (the two on the left still need a few coats of varnish). I'll probably build one more before starting my next boat...

I think I'm done with building paddles for the season... Heres' the final line-up (minus 1 already given away)...
